Factory grade cabinet painting in Burlington is what we do best.

Both the look and durability of our cabinet painting is the same quality you would expect when buying them new, but we offer a much lower price tag. We have grown our Burlington cabinet painting business by exceeding our client’s expectations and handling every project with great attention to detail. Our expertise and knowledge of working with backsplash and counter top colours allows us to ensure your cabinets will turn out exactly the way your envisioned. With minimal disturbance to your home, our procedure last less than 3 weeks leaving your with a flawless kitchen.

The Procedure

The first day includes removal of the cabinet and drawer faces and packed to be shipped to our spray shop. On the same day, we cover the areas not to be painted and prime/paint all the framework in your kitchen (side walls, kick plates, and everything else that matches your cabinet faces). This painting process can sometimes take 2 days depending on the size of your kitchen. Once at our spray shop, your cabinets are thoroughly cleaned with TSP cleaner and dried before being primed with our Shellac primer

The cabinet spraying is a 10-15 day process where the cabinets are continuously coated for a perfect finish. For oak cabinets we ad an extra coat to cover all deep grain, which provides a consistent look all around. When the process is complete the cabinets are bubble wrapped and shipped back to your home. We re-install the cabinets and handles, and once the new clear rubber stoppers are put on, your kitchen’s complete makeover is finished.

The Product

The Shellac Primer we use is extremely effective in blocking the most resistant odors and stains including smoke damage, water stains, tannins and wood knots. Kem-Aqua Cabinet Lacquer is a high quality topcoat that provides excellent appearance and durability. Excellent hardness, block resistance and print resistance with good flow and leveling. (Meets Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association).

The Paint Sprayer

For high quality cabinets, high quality equipment is a necessity. Combining our advanced HVLP spayer with our spotless spray shop, the end results are the same you would expect when buying new from a factory. With adjustable pressure and paint release, we’re also able to spray the framework of your kitchen when dealing with extremely smooth services.
